Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)

"What are Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)?"

MOOCs are short courses aimed at unlimited participation and open access through the web. Its aim is to make higher education more accessible to people. Instead of physically attending lectures and seminars or visiting the library, a learner can complete a course usually over a set number of weeks using university materials (lectures and resources) posted online.
